Superb! From the first conversation to the finished works, Chris, Matt and Jay have been fantastic.
Building projects is not what I do. So trying to manage a home out building construction with full services (mains water, sewerage, electrics and internet) was daunting at first.
The guys though know what they are doing and helped me navigate all the paper work. Worked with the inspectors to ensure everything was done to regulation. Plus along with delivering to a high calibre finish, they also kept the whole place neat and tidy throughout, which is much appreciated by my family and our neighbours.
Core Groundworks York Ltd visited my garden and provided me a couple of options to bring my garden back to life. What I was most impressed with was their eye for detail. Making sure the job was finished to a high standard.
The team made sure the paving matched to the best of their ability. They offered me recessed manhole lids to hide the manholes and cut the paving perfectly around others while adding colour to the mortar to make is match the paving.
After every day the garden was kept clean, safe and organised. They made sure the sub-base was complete ready for the weekend and allowed us to still use the garden with the kids.
As a person who works in the Construction Industry as a Designer it was great to see the effort Core Groundworks York Ltd give. They are very polite and come to site professionally dressed every day. Even when it was 30 degrees!
Since the garden has been completed it has brought great joy to the house. I would like to thank Matt and Chris for their hard work.

What a brilliant job Chris, Matt and Jayko did turning my drive from a complete mud bath into a a fantastic looking drive. They also dug out and prepared two patio areas to the back of the house. The lads were very polite and professional and talked you through every step. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with no hesitation at all.
